Instantiated Objects Point towards unknown point
Hi, I've got a set of empty gameobjects that are acting as the origins of some lasers. When I instantiate these lasers with Instantiate(laser, origin.transform.position, Quaternion.identity);
or with the last argument replaced with
origin.transform.rotation
or a ton of similar things, they all point towards a single point, even if I give them a particular quaternion.euler value. I can't figure out what is causing this. The gameobjects have no rotation, the gameobject with the script hasn't got a rotation, nor do they appear to be point to it. I don't understand what is causing this. Any help would be great.
