Character Realism
Hi!
I'm using a character from IClone and I need to achieve a more realistic look. Below you can see the character in the deployed application.
Can anyone please suggest any ideas/tutorials whit which I could improve the look of this character (for example any good free shader or lighting tutorial).
Hello. I'm afraid that this kind of question is not suited to Unity Answers. UA is for asking technical questions about Unity, with definitive solutions possible. If you have any specific question about using shaders, feel free to ask a new question.
You pretty much are stuck in the uncanny valley. Even the most skilled artists have problems to even get slightly out of that valley. Since it seems that you didn't make the model it's very unlikely that you can actually improve it. I'm just a programmer but in the game development course that i took several years ago our artists spent at least 40% of the time learning human anatomy just because of the uncanny valley. It's way easier to create decent objects or fictional creatures than human or human like characters.
As the others have already said, this question doesn't belong here as it can't be answered. Things like "realistic look" is a subjective thing. Also questions that just ask to list resources on a certain topic don't belong here neither. Such a question would never be "answered" as resources come and go. Also we are not google.
The suggestion by @theAN$$anonymous$$ATOR2b would probably be your best option, post this in the forum. So i close this question.
Thank you for the answer, I'll give that a try as well. I might have misunderstood the basics of this forum, and I apologize for that. Feel free to close the question.

Probably better question to ask in the forum. General Graphics would be a good sub-forum to ask this question.
