how do you make a 3d person or thing etc.Because im searching how to make one but nothing helps so please reply.

You need a modeler (a 3D application which purpose is to create 3D models). For example Blender is a free 3D computer graphics software.

You can't make 3d models in Unity. You have to use modelling software as Kryptos said. Either that, or you have to have them made, or buy them.

There's a few different types of 3D software for completing various jobs.
