Stop object with mouse

Hi guys, red circle are moving like grey arrows. Circles are png format. Thats my question. When I click on the screen every object ll be stop. If black circle in the red circle notting happend :) else scene restart.

How can i do that?

PS: My english is bad, sorry. :)
