Change Post Process Volume Color Grading at runtime

Hi there,

basically what I want to do is to change the gain-color-values in my color grading override of my "post process Volume(Script)" with a mouseclick.

Sounds easy enough but so far I got nothing more that the mouseclick-part. No idea how to reach those values.

Could somebody out there help me, please?
