Animations not animating models

I have a 100 frame animation. I have broken the animation into 100 parts so they can be called to be play according to a variable.

However, When the Animation is called, only the models that were moved in that frame of animation are set in their assigned location.

Is there anyway around this or do I have to keyframe all 100 frames in my 3ds File?
