Question by elwhywhy · Dec 16, 2016 at 11:59 AM · tilemaptiledgaps

Tiled to Unity2D gaps!

I don't know why it suddenly happened, when I updated the tilesheets in my Tiled2Unity>prefabs, the lines suddenly appeared. Before that update, it was always fine, no gaps. Then when I editted the tilesheet in Tiled (I added more layers, colliders), the gaps appeared. When I build it, the gaps are still there. When the camera moves around, the gap will change too.

There is no gaps in my tilesheet in Tiled, but there is for Unity. Stretching the tiles by 2px in all sides will fix it, but stretching it makes my tiles blurry in Unity (but its fine in Tiled).alt text

First pic shows the one in Unity Second one shows the one in Tiled2Unity

BTW i don't now why Unity always make my maps so blurry, unlike my Tiled version. With the bleeding it makes the tiles even more blurry. I cant show u the padded version coz it only allow me to upload 2 photos.

Also make sure that the texture's filter mode is set to point, not bilinear of trilinear.

You can add more pics in comments, FYI. Unfamiliar with Tiled2Unity, but this page seems to have the developers (very welco$$anonymous$$g) contact info: http://www.seanba.com/tiled2unity
