Lego Microgame Webgl Build Error

When I making Lego microgame tutorial tasks, I get a WebGL build error:

Exception: /home/.../Unity/Hub/Editor/2019.4.17f1/Editor/Data/il2cpp/build/deploy/net471/il2cpp.exe did not run properly!

Operating system: Ubuntu 20.0.4.1 LTS
