unity ads Video playback error

Question

Hello.i'm new to mobile developpment and unity ads. i have a problem with the unity ads. It plays 1 or 2 seconds of the video then it get me the option to download the game in the ad or hide the ad with an error "Video playback error" every time as shown in the picture.

Ps: I tried it in a friend's phone and my "Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2" and in a tablet

I have the same problem.

When the screen orientation is set to Portrait then I get the error.

But if the screen orientation is set to Landscape then I don't get the error.

Try enabling the 'Change video orientation according to device' setting in the Unity Ads Dashboard. (https://dashboard.unityads.unity3d.com)
