How do I get Oculus Link to work with Unity 2019.4 and Oculus Quest?
Hi,
So I bought the Oculus Link cable too be able to "live" test my game by pressing the play button and putting the headset on, instead of building the whole thing for Android. I'm using version 2019.4.8f1.
I have a working VR project which I can load to my Quest and it runs fine.
I followed several tutorials including:
https://forum.unity.com/threads/getting-quest-link-to-work-in-unity.780203/ https://circuitstream.com/blog/oculus-unity-setup/ None of them resulted in the desired result. The Quest gets detected fine by my PC and I can see the Link menu instead of the Quest menu. I always get stuck at the point they add the Oculus Loader in the XR Plugin management. I don't know why, but that is not an option I see when i have that tab open, see picture below:
These are the packages I use:
I have been trying to get it too work for 2 days now, and maybe you've guessed it already, but i'm a total beginner in Unity. If anyone could please help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!
