How to import package in Unity?,Import Packages, dude!

Hello! I can't import packages inside unity. When I created the project, I added these Assets: alt text

But when I try to import into the Unity project, only custom packages appear: alt text

I need to import a Character type package. Does anyone know what may be missing? Grateful for the attention!
