Sent build to MAC tester but wont work for them?

I sent my test build to a couple of windows users and 1 mac user, the build wouldn't work for the mac user. Does anyone know why? or anything i could be missing?

I had the same issue a while back. I had to pick up a $$anonymous$$ac and build it on that.
