APK Localization
I've published my first game on the Google Play Market yesterday, and Google Play tells me, that i should "translate" my APK for the languages i've written a description for.
My game does only have a few text, which are in english (Highscore / new game / ...)
Does this somehow prevent my App to be shown in other stores, e.h. the U.S google play store ?
Is there a setting in unity, that my apk is "localized" for all languages?
This is my App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sirbeaver.ManiacMemo&hl=en

Nah I doubt it. But you will find plugins etc to handle this. It's a google mission. Google offer their own translation although now I think they are charging for it
Something like this, By Pedro Rainho?
Have you looked through this page?
Not exactly. I don't really want to translate my app (Start / Highscore / ... is quite international, i guess) I just worry, that my game won't be shown in non-german appstore...
Or is this just a hint by google?
What shows up in Play store is definitely based on locale. You can set the countries you wish to sell in inside the developer console but you should have translated descriptions etc
I've translated the description in various languages (german / english / hungarian / french and a few others). There's a "optimazation tips" (or similiar, i have a german dev account..) section which tells me, that i should localize my AP$$anonymous$$ for those languages i've submitted translations for.
