Configuration menu...

Hi... I am having problems with my Unity Configuration menu... When I build and run a game and the configuration menu comes up, some of the Screen Resolutions are MISSING when "Windowed" is checked... (Ex. 1366 x 768) When "Windowed" is unchecked they appear.... See images attached... Any help would be greatly appreciated...
