DropDown Menu in Vs Code 2020 isn't appearing

Hi! Might be a dumb question but I've been following a lot of unity tutorials online and all the instructors have a dropdown menu inside their vscode software that help them find particular keywords for their code alot easier. In my Vscode program though I don't have this dropdown list to assist me when I'm coding? For example, If I'm trying to set up a variable for 'Rigidbody2D', I would be typing out the full word and never get a dropdown menu that prompts me to select the keyword. Hope that makes sense.

How do I add in this Dropdown menu feature? Thanks guys T_T
