[Help] Unity Archive downloads Very Slow & Then Fail

I'm trying to download Unity 4.x from the download archive, but the downloads are very slow, around 100kbps minimum. (around 800kbps is my usual speed). The download will jump from 100-800kbps and back again, then near the end of the download it will fail! At the moment it's sticking around the top but sometimes drops. This isn't a problem with my internet, as downloads are fine for everything else and this has been happening to me for months. Unity needs to fix their archive servers!

Things I've Tried

Using a different browser
Restarting PC
Resetting Router
Stopping all downloads on gaming systems
