Can't build project because of these 4 errors.
Reinstall Unity3D. This may work. Because all of these errors are unity errors. Perhaps I have a question, Have you imported anything and what's your UNITY VERSION?
I have imported some extra files such as Pixelated effect from unity store (include files such as shader, etc) , Post processing from package manager (but didn't use it) , 2d extras master (which is for tilemap, rule tile to be exact), that's it. I currently use Unity 2019.3.4f1.
Then get a backup first by exporting to .unitypackage file and try recreating the project and then import the backup and let me know if it done.

Okay, i've done it. Do i have to try and build it? If so, i already did that and still didn't work.
Hey , its actually 2 errors , and since its some thing to do with the Library folder I suggest u to delete the library folder so unity make it all again ,
But first have a back up from your project in case if any thing goes wrong ,
