Assets folder withn the Project Section is not loading after updating to Unity 5.5.4p4 (macOS High Sierra 10.13.3),Assets Folder is not loading in 5.5.4p4 running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3
Whenever I start a project and create folders within the Project section, or Assets, it does not seem to appear but would disappear. The folder does exist because if I right click the Asset folder and click "Reveal in Finder" I am able to see all the folders and assets inside the folder. This happened after I updated Unity.
I have the same issue still on 5.4.5p5. Unity is not usable and this issue dates back 2017. WTH
