When you publish a game to the Appstore how much money are you allowed to make off it?
Firstly I understand that in Unity Free version I can only make up to a total amount of 100 000/annually. But if I put the game out for free and I have Unity Ads installed and I make over 100 000 dollars worth of ads under the first year, does that break the statement that “free version may not be licensed by a commercial entity with annual gross revenues (based on fiscal year) in excess of US$100,000, or by an educational, non-profit or government entity with an annual budget of over US$100,000.” ??
Thanks.

Yes, obviously in that circumstance you'd require a Unity Pro licence, because you'd have revenue exceeding $100,000.... (it's annual revenue from any source, not only from game sales).
Ok. Thanks! But, what if I published it with unity free and then I bought the paid version. Or if I made a few tweaks with the game and then pushed an update to the app store with the unity pro version? So after I get so much amount of money and then I purchase the paid version, would that still break that policy? And if it does what could I do if I buy it after I publish it with Unity Free?
Thanks for your help!
Your not going to make over 100 000. Don't worry about it.
You can release an app with Unity Free and then, if you decide you want any features of Unity Pro (or, have to licence Unity Pro because you've earned loads of cash from advertising/game sales as explained above), upgrade later. That's fine.
