why in visual studio i cant see my code and i see a message in status bar "this item dose not support previewing "?

i worked in unity 5.1 and visual studio 2015 without problem. but when i installed unity 2019.3, when i open a script in VS, it first ask to install .net frame work 2.7.1. i installed it but i see this message again and in status bar show a message that "this item dose not support previewing ". i googled it but cant find any way to solve it. thank you if you can help me about it.
