Triangular Lighting Issue
Any idea what causes this issue? Been trying different things and nothing seems to get rid of it.
If the light moves down the hall this triangle shape moves with it.
Any ideas?

Are you using forward rendering? If so, how many pixel lights have you set to be the maximum allowed?
Would be my first guess as well. This is the typical case when forward rendering is used and too many lights affect the same object. Another possibility is that vertex lighting is used. Finally it's possible that the dark half of the wall has somehow reversed "surface normals". None of these things we can check, only the OP can.
