2 Question of the SD Unity-chan

I had a question about the Unity-Chan chibi asset can it be used in my game? Wasnt sure since after readin copyright and restrictions as long you dont use any pornographic/damaging/hurting the company brand i should be fine andput the logo in the game? Was a little confused and didnt want to be flag/copyright but the chibi asset is something that would fit my game perfectly. Also if i make my own game merch would it be fine if the logo or character was on it even with their logo or should I just avoid that idea
