Why Does My Model Look So Smooth & Dull
Okay,
So I have imported a model from Cinema 4D into Unity. The model looks nice and sharp in Cinema 4D. But in Unity it looks really dark, smooth and dull. How do I go about making the model look as it does in Cinema 4D. Is it to do with lightmapping, if so, how do I use it?
Thanks, Ollie

It sounds more like the object doesn't have any (or insufficient) lighting
Try adding lighting around it, and possibly try playing with other shaders if you just have a normal diffuse shader on the object
