Exporting blendshapes to an .fbx from maya
alright so I'm using Maya 2015 and i've got an animations completed blendshapes are working correctly in my scene file and all that. BUT when i export my asset to an FBX when i open the exported file it does not show my blendshape animations exported with the mesh (the character is supposed to be talking with blendshapes). I have all the correct boxes checked on the export menu for deformers but they still don't get exported. What am I doing wrong?
I've looked at many similar problems and solutions saying to sue previous versions of the FBX exporter which i have tried and they constantly fail. I made sure that there were actual keys on the blendshape node ins$$anonymous$$d of just the control, and I am at my wits end with this. This is not something that should be so hard to do!
