Google VR "Magic Window" snaps on different angle on Play
Hi. I'm working on a VR scene and I'm trying to provide with the option to watch the scene without a cardboard mask, thus implementing a "Magic Window". I've followed the steps in this guide:
https://developers.google.com/vr/develop/unity/guides/magic-window
and it works 'almost' great. The only issue -but quite important if you ask me- is that when I press play the camera snaps at different angle to the left of where I hold my phone. Maybe it uses the gyroscope to set the absolute angle of the device. What I would like is when I press play the app uses the device's current vertical axis as the starting point.
Any ideas on how to do this?
Hey, wondering if you found a solution to this? I'm experiencing it as well
