w= run forward a=strafe left d=strafe right s=run backwards anims ( i need help trying to set up conditions and a script for this) Cant do Caracter Movement to Save my life? :c
Hello, I'm kind of new to Unity and im trying to do a small fps based game. But the problem is i cant for the life of me Add the animatons to the model and even when i have the animations down pact i cant seem to find a tutorial on adding a script to my animations. The Character Movement i want is to be able to move with the wasd keys and have the standard mouse look which for some reason wont apply to the main camera because its not derived from a monobehavaior; Which believe me i have tried adding to the script but comes out unsuccessful and when i do get a mouselook it wont allow me to look around while moving? I have a jump animation(use spacebar obviously for it) what im mainly having trouble with is the moving part. I have strafe right, left strafe, run forward and backward animation ( w key= run forward anim, a key=left strafe anim, d=strafe right anim, and s= move backward anim and use the mouse to look around was how i wanted it) Ive been searching for tutorials for ages and cant find anything. I thought i minus well finally come here and ask for help being still kind of a noob? :/
