Asset Server no longer connects to localhost password authentication fails
We have been using the Asset Server in Unity Pro for some time now. I recently installed the update to MAC OSX 10.7.5 and am wondering whether the security fixes have affected my ability to connect to the Asset Server.
The message I am getting is a password authentication failure but I am using the same password as I have for months.
The connection is via localhost.
This issue has been resolved with assistance from Apple. Basically they advised to re-download the update package and reinstall it.
This worked for us.
