getting -2 instead -1
hello, I am following the Unity 2d Platformer course, so I am still a really big newbie to programming with unity. I have followed the instructions and coding but for some reason my life counter doesn't work properly. As shown in the picture, and the course I had to use current Lives -= 1; to remove 1 health. But, in my game when I die my lifecounter goes -2... and if I change the " current Lives -= 1; " to -5 it removes 10 lives. so somehow it is doubled...
if someone can help me, that would be very nice.
