[META] How can I get notifications when someone replies to me with a comment?
Hi all
Usually when someone replies to me in comment (without linking to my username) I only see it when I think to go back to the question.
The following are my notification preferences:
It doesn't look like it's possible to get notifications to replies unless you want to read every comment ever posted?
Any advice on how to manage replies?
Thanks, Ves
Hey guys, are you still having a problem with receiving notifications hours or days later? Let me know so I can start looking into this.
I just got an email notifying me of your response, so perhaps this is working now!
Cool, I received an e-mail just now about your response, too, and saw that you posted 2 $$anonymous$$utes ago :)
I received three notifications for this question. Thanks.

This has been a problem for quite a while (at least 6 months) :
http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/679653/meta-notification-emails-delay.html
http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/716505/i-receive-email-notification-2-days-later.html
and a couple of more instances
The powers that be have been made aware of this problem on other meta questions as well ( most recent example : http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/783518/metawhen-will-send-message-in-the-moderation-queue.html ). It's all part of the continuing problem where there is little communication/interaction between: Unity/dZone, and the users who basically run UA.
