[META] Notification emails delay
Am I the only one that receives notification emails with hours of delay?
It's quite frustrating when I have to manually check the questions I answered/commented lately for updates. Receiving a mail with subject "XYZ posted a new question on Unity Answers" is not very helpful too, if I already answered that question over 20 hours earlier...
Its even after 24 hours for me, only just got the email for the comment you wrote on my question now (Timestamp of comment = Apr2 12:05; Timestamp received = Apr3 18:10). Emails for 'questions I have answered before' are often answered and accepted by the time I get the email.

I get email notifications days later (sometimes) or not at all (the rest of the time).
Same problem exists for me. I don't bother with checking the email updates. I've typically came online to check before the update is sent.
Thanks for info - at least I know I'm not alone :) But seriously, I hope this will be fixed soon...

I tried things like advanced Time Based Google Search, which half works but leaves out a lot of posts.
Hoped it would be a good work around :/
Yeah they need to fix this, its driving me nuts. $$anonymous$$akes it very difficult to respond and probably leaves the people you try to help feeling ignored when they ask for more info on your answer.
