Tree's leaves and "vignette" script are not visible on Samsung tablet device

Tree's leaves and "vignette and chromatic aberration" script is not visible. why is this happening?? in Samsung SM-T533 ..

in Samsung SM-T533 (WindZone Object activate). Other device (WindZone activate), and Vignette Chromatic aberration is visible.
