I am using unity 2020-3-14f1 and having a bit trouble with low fps for a very low end game !
Hello, How is everyone.....
I made a game which is basically a low end game and it should not be performance heave but still it is giving me very large fps fluctuations. Sometimes(very less times) its 60 and sometimes it reaches as low as 5 as verified by the profiler. So about profiler, I used it to debug this performance drop and saw that these four API's were the culprits, But I am not sure what they do. Please help :-)
That four API's are -:
First:- TimeUpdate.WaitForLastPresentationAndUpdateTime is taking as high as 80ms
Second:-
GfxDeviceD3D11.WaitForLastPresent is taking similiar time
Third:-
WaitForTargetFps is also taking same time
Fourth:-
DXGI.WaitOnSwapChain is also taking approximately same time
Please help with the problem.

Did you find a solution? I'm struggling with "GFXDeviceMetal.WaitForLastPresent", what should be the same problem, just on Mac.
