No Debug.Log messages for Android debugging with Visual Studio

I'm trying to debug my Android app from Visual Studio 2015. I can attach the debugger to my app in the device via Debug > Attach Unity Debugger. I can set breakpoints and hit them. But I can't see Debug.Log messages, which should appear in the Error List tab of Visual Studio (I've cleared all filters).

What can be done to solve this?
