my project dosent work anymore since this update Unity 2019.1.0f2 (64-bit)

First, you should always use version control or at least make a backup before upgrading to a new Unity version.
Now for the errors and warnings, you probably have an outdated Text$$anonymous$$eshPro package based on those error lines. You might have some other outdated packages, you'll have to check the other 60 error messages.
Go to Window -> Package $$anonymous$$anager, you should see Text$$anonymous$$eshPro installed there and you can get the last version.

You should change Runtime version to .NET 4.x
You most likely will get the next portion of errors, but these that you have now will be gone.
