GMA Unity Plugin v3.16 not showing ads.

With the last version of Google Mobile Ads Unity Plugin which is 3.16, my ads are not showing anymore... I tried with test ads ID's, everything is okay, but when i put my live ads ID's i got the error code "3" in logcat. I have another app published on google play store with working ads and tried with its adUnitId's and the error code "3" keeps showing.

I dont know where is the problem, can you please help me.
