You are missing the recommended Android SDK Tools. Install the recommended version using Unity Hub.

Hi

I have been trying to get the correct sdk for Unity 2019.4.15f1 for almost a week now. I have tried a few methods of getting the sdk, like downloading command-line tools from android studio, downloading android studio and downloading the sdk there. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. Here are some screenshots:
