Stop collision of NavMeshAgents
Problem
In my game I have two different navmeshAgents working together, but I would like to disable collision between them.
Game Specific Info
The first agent is a simple zombie, who follows a position in the horde and then breaks off when he sees a player to chase the player.
The second agent is a "horde manager" that moves around the map (all zombies follow positions around the horde manager) this way I get a bunch of zombies all moving together in a group.
The problem is that the horde manager cannot move through zombies and it collides and causes some very buggy looking movement at times. I would like the "horde manager" agent to basically not hit anything but barriers like buildings.
Possible Solutions
I have unchecked any interactions between them on the Layer-Based Collision Detection but that strangely hasn't changed anything.
I have also tried to make the radius size of the "horde manager" navmeshAgent to a very small number (.1) as some people have suggested. This helped but collision still occurs, and is still causing problems. I couldn't make it any smaller like (.001) as some others have suggested because it seems to interfere with the navmesh and I get an error saying the agent is not placed on the navmesh.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
