Unable to debug .NET 4.x

Hello.

I'm unable to debug when I use the next configuration. alt text

The Project compile fine in Visual Studio 2017 Community, but is unable to debug. When I press the button to associate to Unity I get the next error message: "The operation can not be completed. Unspecified error".

I have tried to begin new empty project with the default settings, I added a simple script that change a UI text. Works fine debugging, then I change the settings to .NET 4.X and I resive the error when I try to associate to Unity.

the solution to the same problem in this forum was reinstalling VS and Unity Tools:

I try reinstalling VS and unity tools, but dindn't help.
