How to apply sound to shape keys in animation.

So I have been wondering for a while now if there was a way to somehow have the sound apply automatically to a wave display. I have basically been MANUALLY syncing the shake keys to try and match the music. I synced like 30-40 seconds of a song that's like 3-4 Minutes long and that alone has taken me 3-4 hours :(. If anyone has any recommendations for a plugin Please toss me a link my eyes are burning...

Hey,

You can try to look on your update function the pitch or volum of the sound who is playing, and make a quick mathematics function using this two variable to match with your expectation. For exemple if the sound is loud or acute you can show the sprite completely and vice versa following your mathematic function (I think a linear must be good) . To display just a part of the sprite use the Fill method available on an image script
