How Big An Environment Can RealTime Lighting Do Before It Slows Down?
My game requires levels with the floors, walls, corridors, buildings, etc all shifting around. Real time lighting on an environment too large may produce lag, slowdown, etc. I need a technique that will produce realistic lighting without slowdown, lag, etc. What is out there?

It is rare to run into lighting issues I have found. Generally you can use lighting as far as you would like. You are more likely to run into issues where far away objects don't ahve the propper LOD assigned to them.
