Android APK installation results in Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_MEDIA_UNAVAILABLE]

Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_MEDIA_UNAVAILABLE] rm failed for -f, No such file or directory

How do I fix? I even set the install location to "Automatic" and it still produces this error.

My bundle version number is 101 and version code is 1345.200.

I think I'm using good settings, could a certain sound file or sprite mess this up?
