Creating 3d maze game
Hey im new to Unity, I use it about 3 weeks. I am trying to make a 3D maze game with this objects from unity asset store:
https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/46974
Is there something that I can do to generate a maze game with this objects and save me some time? (Idk , like a script?) and how I am going to do this.
My question might be stupid, but i couldnt find out in google, youtube or unity tutorials webpage.

here's a nice tutorial for making procedurally generated mazes in unity
@jeango thank you for your quick reply. I checked the tutorial but I would like to have the objects that I mention above. Can this be done? Do i need to change the objects name in the script and will be all right?
well, I guess you could use that Hurdle prefab ins$$anonymous$$d of the wall he's using in the tutorial.
However, I would strongly recommend against using external assets if you're just starting to learn unity. Learning how to code properly should be your first priority, and that can be achieved with the primitive cubes / spheres etc... that are provided by default by Unity.
Using assets will distract you from learning the fundamentals, and will often bring more problems that it solves, especially if you have no idea how to use them in the first place.
@jeango yes i understand what you are saying, it is just bacause the maze is my first uni project, and because most students will do the script process with the basic walls i just thought if I could do something better for a better grade. But as new to unity i will stick to what you said. Again thanks for your reply, have a nice day.
