Unity doesn't load textures as it should be
I tried reinstalling my unity so many times that I even don't remember the times ! Everytime i install it, i can't open/create a project because it says something about templates... If I delete them i can work with unity but i got this unknown issue that i never met before ! As I got it , it cannot unzip the selected file... I will upload more images for further clarifications..
