Finding / Updating the version of .NET being used in Unity 2018.2 ?

Hi,

I am using 2018.2.8f1 and I wish to ensure that i am using the latest version of .NET.

Before, this setting was under Project Settings, Other or Editor but I can't seem to find it

I am using MacOS

Any ideas where this setting is, has it been moved ?
