Unity 2018.2.0f2 i can't set the Target minimum iOS Version

When I try to save another Target minimum iOS Version than it gets reset after the save. Is there any way to fix that?

Have you opened two tags like this? alt text

Just close one tag and relaunch Unity, faced same problem this morning, silly me.
