Problem when I play a APK from a android device

Hello guys I have a issue with my AR apk, I published the app on the store but when I open the app the screen is in black (before this problem the app works very good) the only thing I can do was to create the keystore file, any solution?

I'm using unity 2018 and Vuforia, thanks
