No respawn item after player get

Any idea for a simple way to not respawn items with tag (notRespawn) when de scene is loaded?
I have a system to get and store items in inventory, when i get a item on the floor the gameObject of the item is destroyed, but if i load the scene (from a load game for exemple) the item respawn in scene.
I have a idea to just put a bool in itemScript (getted?) and if its true destroy the gameObject after load the scene, but i need a way to save this info as a json to load the game and if the player already get the item they dont appear (Destroy)
I already have a iventory system working with a save and load game (you can pick the item save the game and load) but imagine how funny it is to load the game and see all the items on the floor rsrsrs
Any simple way to do this? or the best way?
