"Build" is greyed out in UWP

As per title suggests (see screenshot) alt text Build is simply greyed out. Everything in play mode runs great. I reinstalled unity and checked all the boxes to do with UWP, I also installed UWP dev tools on my visual studio 17

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In your image, right below where it has the big UWP logo, it says you need Windows 8 or greater for the build. Just a hunch, but are you on Windows 7?
