WebPlayer on Linux
Just received a support request for a Linux user - I'm surprised that there is no Unity webplayer on Linux (and also not supported on Wine).
Why isn't the Unity webplayer supported on Linux? ...

Not enough of a market compared to the engineering effort it would take. Presumably WebGL will eventually render it obsolete anyway.
... so much for efforts to beat flash as most prevalant plugin
When web browsers are starting to explicitly disallow plugins, it makes little sense to spend a lot of development effort on them anymore.
