Remove glares from panoramic image

Hi, everyone!

I faced problem of appear glares on panoramic image in a HDRP project that is made by plugin. In a simple project (no HDRP) there are no glares.
The HDRP project is LGSVL Simulator 2020.05v.

Windows 10/Ubuntu 18.04
Unity 2019.3.3f1
Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti
Quad core Intel Core i7-7700
